A real-time treasury command centre for a European neobank moving €4B monthly. Multi-currency, multi-entity, sub-second dashboards.
OVERVIEW
Meridian's treasury team was reconciling positions across fourteen banking partners by hand, in spreadsheets that were stale before they were sent. We built a real-time command centre that gives their treasurers a single, live view of every account, currency and entity — with the auditability a neobank's regulators expect.
THE CHALLENGE
Positions had to reconcile across fourteen banking partners and three ledgers in near real time, with regulators requiring a full audit trail on every balance shown to a human.
OUR APPROACH
- 1Mapped every settlement and ledger event into one canonical stream
- 2Built a Kafka-backed ingestion layer with per-partner reconciliation rules
- 3Shipped sub-second dashboards with drill-down to the originating transaction
- 4Hardened the platform through a live 12-region failover test
